Cliking noise, Tries to fire up, but stops

My “book” just recently started making some clicking Noises (about4) then sounds like it

shuts down inside.  Then Tries again and makes 2 clicking noises and sounds like it shuts

down again.  Front light still remains lit,  However My computer does not detect it at all.

  All my music I have on say that “source unable to be found”.  

    Can this be fixed locally and will my music that I have on it still remain in the back up.

or are there other solutions to do.   I need all my music that I have on there.

That clicking means the drive has failed.   You will need to replace the drive if it’s under warranty.  You can contact WD’s Technical Support by phone or email.
