Hello, purchased an ext drive (WD also) plugged in the USB in back and this error showed up. Red light indicator in front. I just want the new drive for extra capacity, how do I get rid of the error and red light?

What file system is the USB drive formatted in?
Here are the supported file systems for external drives on the my cloud home
Mean’s it’s NOT a My Cloud Home, but indeed a My Cloud.
The SN provided in WDBBGB0060HBK My Book 6 TB which means the My Cloud KBA is the right one
