I have a new and completely useless MyCloudEX2 8TB which has taken 24 hours to back up 655MB (of a total of 240GB!) - and that was via a Cat6 wired connection! I tried to email WD Support and the website just keeps me going around in circles - at the end of my email page I press “Continue” and I end up on a fresh page, with the invitation to open another support question.
Can anyone help?
