Need help! Have the WD TV Live streaming and can not download any movies from Cinemanow (used to be able to a couple weeks ago). When trying to download it near immediately says 99% downloaded and stops trying after a minute or two. File can be found on the drive by going into the file section but it’s only a partial file and not playable.
Using WD MY Passport drive is attached, hard wired to router with RJ45. Using latest firmware and even restored back to factory settings to see if it was a firmware issue with no luck. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
