CIFS is consistently failing to authenticate to private shares

i’m consistently seeing failures to authenticate when I try to connect to a private share i’ve created and I’ve had my WDMYCLOUDEX4100 added to Windows 2012r2 domain. I started seeing this after updating it to OS5. Any suggestions is very helpful.

I’ve already tried setting it to NTLMv1,NTLMv3 as well as SMB1,SMB2,SMB3 and no luck…

Tempted to donate my EX4100 or sell it on ebay and go to a different vendor…

FYI - each time I try to collect the support logs using the online interface, it times out. Do you have a manual script or other process to gather them?
