Hello, I have tried to register my 6TB WD My Home Cloud and I wasn’t able to, I entered the S/N and I received that the product is not found. I tryed too with Check Your Warranty Status and the same, product not found. My S/N starts with WX32D…

Do anyone know if I’m doind something wrong?.

To register your product you have to use the code that I show you in the image marked in green.
