My G-Drive model from 2012 (bought end 2015 and little use since then) has two internal drives.
Discs are in NTFS and originally used in Windows but moved to Mac afterwards.
The external chassis is showing a red light while after opening the lid I can see both internal drives with a blue light.
I’ve fully unplugged it and tried again, but same issue happening.
Initially, I could still use the drive but now it just disconnects by itself and I get a Mac message saying disk ejected incorrectly and the drive goes on connecting/disconnecting if I leave it plugged.
Does anyone know what the issue is and how to solve it?
