Changed ISP and now unable to access drive remotely

Recently I changed my ISP from Roadrunner to Earthlink, but the physicall connection and equipment is still being provided by Brighthouse.  Speed of my Internet connection is still 10Mb.  Prior to the change I was able to access my drive to move files to and from it with no problem.  Since the change I am unable to access the drive.  I have no problems when I am home on my network.  The IP address of the drive is a DHCP reservation.  Trying to determine what might be causing my issue.  Do I need to reset the device to factory and start over?  If anybody has any ideas I would love to hear them.  Thanks in advance.
