When changing my ISP, their modem is the wifi router. When i connected mycould drive directly to it (and the blue light IS on) I cannot see my drive, or can I connect through my online login.
How can I fix this connections?

If you changed the router then you will need to map the drive again.

My first suggestion is to unplug the modem/router power at the modem/router, wait one minute and then plug it back in. Give it time to reboot and then see if you can see your My Cloud.
