Certificate error & in network device is not stable

Hi,

-----CERTIFICATE ERROR is showing every time i open the cloud.

Things ive tried,

  1. As per manual at the time of installation ticked the option to neglect message.

  2. Installed certificate in Microsoft Console-Certificates.

-----NETWORK DEVICE IS NOT STABLE

Things ive tried,

  1. turned on network discovery in network sharing.

Please suggest me if you have any solution guys.

Hello there, are you trying to remotely access the hard drive or within your local network? Are you using the WD My Cloud desktop application?

presently with in my local network, am using cloud desktop app, because in network location drive is not visible all the time.
