Certain MKV file wont play and subsequently won't let other files play

So I am trying to play a certain .mkv file but when I hit play, the screen turns black and does not play. I can go back to Home but when I try to play videos after playing my broken one, they won’t work either! What is going on here?

Here are the details from mediainfo:

It’s a knwon bug on the old LIVE that when certain files are unplayable all subsequently played files fail as well until you do a power-cycle. Haven’t experience this on the LIVE-S though.

So how can I make this file playable?

I have the regular WDTV

Every media player WD makes is called a WDTV.  You’ll need to be MUCH more specific.  Such as posting the exact model number.
