So basically I was wondering if my values are in line with any other WD drives out there, an emphasis on the offline uncorrectable criteria. HD tune snap bellow.

Nothing seems to be wrong with your drive. To confirm this you can run an Extended Test using DLG: How to test a drive for problems using Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Windows
I also have a WD1001FALS, so here’s my SMART data for comparison:
But as was said, there is nothing wrong with your SMART values. 100 and 253 are most probably the initial values for Offline Uncorrectable with your drive. Mine are 200 and 200 but that’s probably because we have a different revision of the drive.
The “Data” column is the most telling. A healthy drive should not have a Data value higher than 0 for Reallocated Sector Count, Offline Uncorrectable or Current Pending Sector.
