Catastrophic Error when trying to create a new folder

Trying to create a new folder on my device and am receiving the error
Error 0x8000FFFF:Catastrophic failure
I was able to copy a file to the device, but can’t create a new folder

I’m having the same issue. Rebooting the mycloud seems to fix it for a short bit, but it eventually comes back.

I had the same issue yesterday. Have you found what caused it ?

No. I spoke with their tech support, did a factory reset, it worked for about 15 minutes and then went it offline and I haven’t been able to access it since.
