I dont have problems playing any other videos on Hulu and Castle works fine on my ipad. actually, I dont even gets errors, it just hangs there trying to play it until i hit the home button. The back button doesnt work either. any ideas?

Have you tried a reset and/or power cycle on your media player?
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I unplugged it over night and tried resetting but there was no change.
