Cascading folders - Disk Full

Hi can anyone help with a disk full error.

One of my folders ‘Public’ seems to be copied again and again into subfolders until the disk is full!
I’ve tried to delete the folder(s) and get an unrecognised error.

Have you seen this problem before? Can you help?

Have you contacted support? I’ve never heard of this issue on a My Cloud Home, but definitely on a My Cloud in which a system only restore should resolve.
