Capacity chart on the home screen not correct

The Capacity Chart shows:

Movies 5.4GB
Music 140GB
Oher 5GB

Etc…

However, the visual chart only shows the Green Segment for Music. Why do I not see a visual breakdown of the other “types” of files? I’m sure I first did and it has stopped working. I’ve reset/rebuilt etc and have latest firmware.

Hello, do you have remote access the media server on?

Think so. Where do I check?
I’ve done a factory reset and this has made no difference. The storage indicator is just not showing the real space available. Any ideas?
