"Capacity Available" will not display in the Dashboad

i have transferred a significant amount of data to My Cloud (3TB capacity). perhaps no more than 500GB. the dashboard will not display the remaining capacity. all else on the dashboard look to be ‘green’ and operating fine. Why cant i see the remaining capacity.?

are you saying that once the drive stops this function, the available capacity should show up on the dashboard?

Yes as lotus251 says, it should finish scanning eventually and your dashboard will refresh the capacity. However, many users have found that the system hangs on certain files and never completes. If you find this happens to you, you can stop the scanning services by following the information in the links I posted previously.
