Capacity 8.83TB instaed of 12

Just installed my new EX4 and got the message that the capacity is only 8.83TB instead of 12TB. I have 4x 3TB HD in 4 slots. What went wrong and how can I repair.

Hello, welcome to the community.

It seems that your drive was set up as RAID 5 (at least it was it seems to me), try checking the RAID configuration on the dashboard and see what i says.

Thanks, I had also a message that the HD1 was degraded. Can that be the cause as well? How to fix this?
