Can't View *.tibx Files in Windows Explorer

Using Acronis True Image for Wester Digital to perform backups to MyCloud EX2 Ultra. Why can’t I see the contents of a *.tibx backup using windows explorer and drill down to the file I need? This was never an issue on SmartWare. I can drill into the contents if I use the Acronis recovery but getting to that file is VERY CLUNKY and explorer would be a lot easier and wouldn’t have to kick off a single file recovery through the app.
