Can't view the User Interface

This sounds like the Web server has crashed on the device. Does restarting the unit help? If not, you should contact our Tech support group and get an RMA. Let me know what you decide to do. If you do RMA, please send me a private note as I will want our Development team to look at your unit when it comes in.

I also can’t connect to UI of My Book Live 3TB. If I enter http://IP_of_MBL or http://mybooklive in IE, it shows login page, but when I enter the password the page can’t be displayed. I can access my files through windows expolorer, twonky on port 9000 also work, ssh is disabled. When I bought MBL (10 days ago) I upgrade firmware to the latest version. What can be done for UI to work again?

I have exactly the same issue with a 2 weeks MBL…

impossible to connect to the drive with my browser, even with the IP adress or the shortcut  http://mybooklive.local/UI.

Every time, I have a blank screen.

Last week, it was possible to connect to the drive.

I have other issues : 

The drive never sleeps

Sometime, the Time Machine backup is impossible (it can’t find the network drive), sometimes it works…

Still no solution for this issue ?

I have send a message to WD but still waiting for an answer.

Today, I can’t also acess to WD Quickview. The green light before Mybooklive menu has disapear, but I can acess to my public folder.

How is it possible to erase all the disk and make it again with the factory parameters ?

Same proble in Rome with my book live, i have connect with pc but i cant join in web   http://mybooklive/UI/login and i cant use wd2go or wd photos.
When i write the password correct i havent nothing  answer.  wd quick wiev  work fine.
Please help me
