Can't view photos at original resolution

For some reason in the mobile app I can’t view my photos stored on my My Cloud Home Duo, at their original resolution. They are all downgraded.

Have the same problem. Copied my cloud home to my cloud home duo via desktop app. On my cloud home duo not all photos and vids are published clearly but just a symbol. By clicking on the pic it is then opened well.
What I do wrong ?!
