Can't View New Shares on Windows File Explorer

Hi All,

I have mapped my My Cloud EX2 Ultra as a mapped network drive and can see and access the default shared folders (Shared Music, Shared Photographs and Shared Videos) from my laptop PC (Windows 10). However, when I create a new share (public or not), the new share I create can’t be seen on Windows File Explorer - it just doesn’t appear. (NB I can see new shares on my mobile device though the My Cloud app).

Any idea what I a doing wrong please?
