I have a 3tb usb3.0 external drive. It tells me that i have a update, so ive downloaded the update and im following the instructions, but i always get this message:
“The specific drive is in use. Please click Exit; then close all other open applications and run the WD Firmware updater again.”
Ive checked many times to see if i have any applications running that would be using the drive, but i cant seem to find any, although i still get that message. I would like to have my drive updated, since it apparently fixes the memory utilization issue.
Any help would be much apperciated.
