Can't Uninstall

I tried to uninstall my Smart Ware, but apparently didn’t do it correctly. Whenever I try to open up just about any folder, I get the following message:

Failed to load locale file - C:\Program Files\Western Digital\WD Smartware\Locale\WD Smartware.tmx

Appreciate any help…thanks!

Try installing smartware again then uninstall it.
