Cant transfer more than 230GB... HELP PLEASE

So Im currently trying to pull files from my laptop to the My Book Live Duo and I’ve gotten to about 230GBs… and its not letting me put more and its saying that I dont have enough space… is there a place were I set how much is allowed??

Im not exactly intelligent with technology… please help.

And its urgent too.

Are you trying to copy the files using a program or manually? You can also try installing quickview, and it will show you how much free space you have.
