Cant sync my Daughter Mac Air to the family WD mycloud home

Can someone help. I am not a mac user but my daughter is and is going to university.

I am trying to sync her uni files to the family mycloud so that we can back her up. Apple charges for this privilege.

I am used to just right clicking to sync but its not an option on the mac…PLEASE help i have spent well over an hour on this…

Is WD Discovery installed yet on her MBA?

Yes we have installed wd discovery.

Were you able to log in (in Discovery)?

yes we could log in OK but normally in windows i simply right click the folder i want to sink and that is all that is needed. BUT with a MAC this doesn’t seem to be possible. there is no equivalent file explorer so to speak.

well I remember you have to active the Finder extension in System preference’s Extensions panel.
