Can't Start New Topic In Other Areas

Hi,

I just joined and discovered that I can only create new posts in this part? Is there a reason for this?

You have to select a sub-forum to create a new post

eg “New Topic” won’t appear if you select the Main “WD External Drives” forum

but it will appear when you select the sub-forum / topic “External Drives for PC”
