I have a new MYCloud 3TB drive which shows up in finder. But when I attempt to access it all my logon attempts are rejected, as is Time Machine access too. Any suggestions please?
What is the specific error message?
Are you using a User Name and Password created through the My Cloud Dashboard to log into the My Cloud?
