Can't Sign Into Cloud Account

Hello,

I followed the setup instructions for the WD EX2 Ultra, created the cloud account during the setup process, but each time I attempted to sign in as admin to the cloud account I get an error message stating - wrong email or password. So I changed the admin password, and still get the same error message. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I don’t knnow why this is so difficult to set up, and I am ready to send this back.

I would recommend you to perform a System Only Restore to Factory Default Settings tracking the link mentioned below to bring the issue in line:

Suffix to this, I would request you to Set up a My Cloud OS5 using the dashboard in further following the steps mentioned in the link resourced below:
