I am setting up the WD My cloud ex2 ultra first time on mac.I can’t access the dashboard.I tried to launch but error came

Is your unit connected into your router, or into an Internet modem? Can you access the Dashboard in a different Internet Browser or computer within the same network? Can the Desktop app detect your unit?

That is up to your router. The unit does not have a factory IP address.
