I see

It says the AD services are stopped.

I think you need to look at this.Ā  I would copy everthing from windows\system32\certlogs somewhere first.Ā  Please keep in mind I am just some dude sitting at home drinking coffee.Ā  Feel free to call WD if any of this is scary.Ā  But as you said I think the DB just got messed up with the durty shutdown.
