Can't set permissions on files on Cloud drive

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

I am trying to set permissions on a WD Cloud drive and give myself “Full Control”. I keep getting errors saying I am not authorized to do this.
I am using Windows 10
I am logged in as Administrator
This is on my home network

Please help

You set the My Cloud User/Share permissions through the Dashboard > Share page via your web browser not through Windows File Explorer.
