I am fairly sure that there is a really obvious solution to this problem - I am not particularly knowledgeable when it comes to this sort of thing…
Anyway, have just purchased MBL - set up was very smooth and easy to do (I am using a Macbook). I’ve now just tried to access my files from my iphone by downloading the WD2Go app but It comes up with the “device offline” alert. I think this has something to do with me needing to change my settings for the MBL but I am not sure what I need to do… Would anyone be kind enough to walk me through it?!
