Can't seed torrents with cTorrent - Ports not open?

Hi,

I want to seed completed torrents. For some reason this isn’t possible. Downloading however IS possible, without problems.

What I think the problem is: the ports that enable cTorrent to seed (2106 - 2706) aren’t open. If I perform a portscan I get the following result:

As you can see, the ports aren’t open. So I have the following two questions:

  1. Is it normal that you can’t seed torrents?

  2. How can I open ports, if it’s possible at all?
