Can't see wd10ears on windows vista with intel d946gzis any help please thanks

I have a intel d946gzis motherboard and buy a new wd10ears 1tb drive it does the installation automaticaly when i start windows then when finished ask for reboot, after that it starts up normally but the drive only shows on system dispositives but not in the windows explorer any help, thanks

 create a new partition in it

execute this comand

diskmgmt.msc and create a partition on wd10ears
