Cant see the data from my pc after ccopy from external usb drive to mycloud duo

Hi all,
Can’t see the data from my pc(win10) after ccopy from external usb drive to mycloud duo.
All files&dir apears using the web app.
Please advise

A directory is created based on the USB Drive volume name in the device owner’s user private space.
