Can't see subtitles

Good morning to all,

i have NAS EX2 Drive and Media player TV WiFi.

I play a movie from NAS and watched on my PC and i see the greek subtitles correct

When i play the same movie from NAS to TV, i can’r see the greek subtitles

The movie file is on the same folder with .srt file and with the same name

Do you access your files via DLNA or via  Network Shares? If you are using DLNA please be aware not every DLNA client support external subtitles, and you may need to re-encode the files to the movies.
