Hi
i just bought my cloud yesterday and i’m having problem with it. first i can’t use the desktop app that i install, when i open the app it just showed me a blank pop up with no text. the second thing is i can’t view all my files that i transfer from my mac but i can view it on my iphone. Please help thanks.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app?
