Can't see files in WE SmartWare after back up?

Hi there,

I backed up my girlfriend’s laptop PC with smartware. It seems to have worked but  I have two questions:

  1. When I go to Retrieve, I go to Retrieve Some Files but it only seems to show a few files, even though it backed up 85GB of data. The files I can see are C drive and two subfolders: Dell and Downloads. Both seem to have a small number of random files in them. Does anyone have an idea where the rest of them are?

  2. (just a clarification really:) On the Backup page I can see that system on the left (PC) has 146.7GB in a grey box and then on the right (the MyBookLive) has ‘Additional Files’ 153.3GB - is this the system files on the left so that when its restored it will back up the entire disk as it was saved?

Any advice gratefully received.

I don’t think that SmartWarer is capable of backing up “everything”.
