I’m trying to downgrade my wd tv live streaming media player firmware to version 1.11.14, since I found recently after updating to the firmware, the audio is lower. I followed the firmware instructions on how to downgrade, but when i insert the flash I receive no message. I extracted the files onto a clean flash drive formatted.
Did you get your firmware from the rollback page. It your flash drive formatted fat32. Do you gave the new firmware notification in setup turned on.
