Can't retrieve older files, only last backup

Hi,
I’m new to the MyCloud Mirror. I’m running Windows 7 and Smartware. Is there additional software that I should have installed? I can’t seem to be able to see older backups much less retrieve them? what gives?

Any help s appreciated

You can browse the WD Smartware backup folder and verify if your files are there.
