Cant reset password on My cloud mirror Gen 1

Hi All,

I turned on my My Cloud Gen 1 the other day for the fist time in ages. I’m unable to log into my Cloud it says “password is incorrect.”. When I select “Forgot Password” it does email me a link to reset. I believe that Support for this product has ended and is no longer available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
