Cant remote access between WD My Cloud & Sir-655 router

hi-need help

ican’t connect from my smartphone WD My Cloud application to my Dir-655 router (without wifi mode)

i assume that maybe the problem is with confing the router

when trying to connect i get " cannot access network(900)"

any suggestions ?
