Can't Register Product, Can't Create Support Ticket

I cannot register my new hard drive:

But I cannot create a support ticket due to this annoying message when I try to submit:

An error was encountered during knowledge base search.

Same problem here with a new WD Blue 500 GB 3.5’’ 7,200 rpm Internal HDD that I purchased on in China.

 I receive the same error message as stated above:
