Can't register my new SSD

I bought yesterday a new SSD drive. I tried almost everything to register it but no result at all.
A few months ago I also bought 4 WDD HDD’s and 2 SSD’s and that worked fine.
Can you pls helpme out with this problem?

I had the same issue with a WD Red I bought and I had to contact WD. You won’t get this resolved on ths forum. Try this PAGE down at the bottom is a clickable link “Submit a Case”. Try that as I think you’ll get a better response.

Problem has finally been solved manually by a WD employee.
