When i plug into pc and try to open files. P.c. asks me what program to use. This just started. Ive tried differnt p.c. and my xbox one. The only thing that comes up on xbox is system file. And its empty. On p.c. it shows all the files but none can be read. I’ve checked with all the wd diagnostic and p.c. diagnostic. Everything says healthy and in working order. Reinstalled firmware still same issue. Help please. Thanks
There may be some issue with the file format due to which files are not readable. You may check after reformatting the drive in supported file format.
