Can't reach wdmycloudex2 from outside home network

Hi there,

In this last firmware update, i can’t reach my wdmycloudex2 outside my home network. I have a dns service and have open all the ports to reach to the disks on my job, but unfortunately it can’t reach.

I have try also to logged in from a web browser, i’ve put my credentials, but it appear the error that is on the image…

Can it be solved?
