Tried to purchase a UPS shipping label to send my disk back and I keep getting an error after submitting the billing/credit card info. Tried from two different browsers. Re-typed my credit card info a few times.
Just does not seem to work.
Is that just me?
Tried last night (around 7pm EST) and a few minutes ago (10am EST).
It could be an issue related to UPS’s servers. However, WD Support can assist with generating a shipping label.
