Will the new generation WD players play it?

Thanks

What error you get? Cannot play this file? The WD frizzes?

I get an onscreen message saying “Unable to play the selected file. Please see the User Manual for a list of supported file formats.” Any ideas?

Check the file on your PC, is it showing “0” bytes ?

Scan the drive and repair errors, try re-extracting the file to your portable.

Check here for fix.
