Cant play movies downloaded from Itunes

I have 2 issues.

  1. I can’t play movies downloaded from Itunes. It says that format is not supported. What can I do?

  2. I bought the WDTV three weeks ago. ABC Iview no longer supports WD products as of July 1. Not happy.

Can anyone help?

You’re correct about iView … (I guess WD can’t take the blame for that one)
